Senior Director, Kymab Operations

Ali was appointed Senior Director of Operations at Kymab in September 2021 having been with the company for over 10 years. Ali is a creative professional with extensive facilities, laboratories, H&S, office and operations management experience from a solid commercial biopharmaceutical services background, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in both academic and industrial scientific organisations.

During her time at Kymab, Ali has led a scientific team in her specialist area; Antibody Expression and Production, before focusing on Operations as the business grew. Prior to Kymab, she held scientific positions in Astra Zeneca (formerly MedImmune Ltd) working on antibody research and development and in various academic organisations. Ali holds a Bsc in Pathobiology from the University of Reading.
