Gordon Tillett was appointed Kymab site head on 1 October 2021 having previously been Interim Head of Sanofi UK. Gordon is also Head of HR, UK and Ireland at Sanofi. Gordon has over 25 years’ experience in HR, leading change and business transformation. Gordon has led the HR aspects of 3 divestments, an office relocation and culture change project, and most recently the acquisition of Kymab.

Prior to Sanofi, Gordon spent 18 years in variety of Leadership roles in SC Johnson (consumer goods), ultimately being HR director for the Africa, Middle East, CIS and Turkey Region. Gordon has lived and worked in Saudi Arabia, France and the UK. He began his career at Unilever. Gordon has a degree in Economics from Bristol University.
